BUYER ADVOCACY
As independent and fully licenced buyer advocates, we search, locate and identify high quality property assets through our industry network, both listed for sale, and, off market which correlate with our client’s specific criteria.
Sourcing: Identifying quality property assets and access to off-market opportunities not available to the general public.
On the ground inspections: Inspecting potential property acquisitions, providing client feedback and obtaining due diligence material from vendors and agents.
Research: Evaluate market trends, sales data and provide written appraisals.
Property due diligence and risk mitigation: Oversee and arrange independent consultant reports including independent pre-purchase property valuations, legal review of leases, pest, building, survey and engineering reports to allow our clients to make informed investment decisions.
Negotiation: Leveraging our experience to help secure properties at the right price and favourable terms of sale.
Auction bidding: Professional representation to remove emotion and ensure strategic execution.
Purchase finalisation: Oversee contracts and exchange. Pre-settlement inspections.
In addition, we also provide Transaction Management and Tenant Representation services to our clients.
Transaction Management: Professional Transaction Management to act as an independent party to bridge the gap between the vendor, purchaser, agents and solicitors.
Tenant Representation: Identifying optimal premises to meet tenant requirements and reducing occupancy costs through strategic negotiations.
